What warranties do we provide?

Guarantees on Equipment, Materials, and Work

We provide a 2-year warranty on equipment, materials, and completed work. This means that for two years from the date of installation, we are fully responsible for their functionality. During this period, we will repair, service, or replace the equipment free of charge in case of malfunction or incorrect operation. If necessary, our specialists will remove and reinstall the equipment requiring repair.

SPECIAL NOTICE!

In rare cases (less than 0.3% in our practice), the installation of additional systems may affect the operation of the vehicle's original equipment, which may cause errors or mismatched system operations that may not be immediately noticeable. If you notice any malfunctions in the original systems or have any complaints about our work within 6 months of installation, please contact us first. We will perform a free diagnosis, even if the issue is not related to our installation, and promptly fix any shortcomings on our part. Visiting an official dealership may result in paid diagnostics and repairs if the issue is related to our installation, as this is not covered by their warranty. From the moment additional components are installed, warranty obligations are divided between us and the vehicle manufacturer. We provide a warranty on our components and work, and we guarantee that there will be no damage or malfunctions in the original systems related to our equipment.

Our Responsibility and Compensation

All work performed in our workshop is insured. In the event of damage to the vehicle or its systems due to our installation, the insurance will cover the damage and necessary repairs. If you notice any malfunctions in the systems after our installation, contact us immediately for a prompt diagnosis. We may compensate for diagnostics at an official dealership in special cases based on an invoice issued to our company if it is necessary to identify or correct an error caused by our work. The elimination of the problem, ordering, and replacement of defective parts caused by our fault must be coordinated with us before they are performed. To receive compensation, you must provide an expert opinion from the dealership with photos confirming our responsibility. We can compensate for spent personal time and moral damage only in the form of discounts or gift cards for future purchases with us.

Warranty Repair Conditions

During the warranty period, the repair and maintenance of equipment installed by us are carried out only in our workshop by our specialists free of charge. We do not compensate for repairs and maintenance performed in other workshops, even if the warranty is still valid. If you turn to another workshop, you will pay for these works yourself. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if our equipment was repaired without our consent. We do not perform warranty repairs on-site, and no replacement equipment is provided during the repair period. We strive to solve problems immediately, but warranty repairs may require prior registration. This is necessary to ensure that clients whose cars are already in service receive timely assistance. We strive to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, but sometimes a waiting period of a few days may be necessary.
